Kotdwar is a beautiful hill place in Uttarakhand. It is situated in South-western part of state and is one of the main entrance point in the state of Uttarakhand. The old name of this city is Khohdwar which is refers to the gateway of river Khoh .This is city is all about temples,lakes & hills.It is a mini Uttarakhand.

*Sangam Temple:-

Not so many people knows about this temple in Kotdwara. This temple is belongs to two  religions.According to this name this is a sangam of  God "Shiva" and "Dargah Shareef".It Shows the unity of two religions.

* St. Joseph Church :-

St. Joseph Church of  Kotdwar considered one of the top 10 largest churches in Asia. It is the most beautiful building in Kotdwar and not only visited by Christians but people from all communities as well. There is a beautiful garden & it is a peaceful place to visit.

*Most religious Sidhbali Temple:-

Sidhbali Temple is a famous and religious Temple of " Lord Hanuman" in Kotdwara. It is situated at a small hill on the banks of Khoh river of Garhwal. Devoters have to take some stairs to reach at the premises of the temple.There is a greeny field around the temple. Sidhbali temple is painted in deep orange color ,which is favorite color of  Lord Hanuman.

*Lansdown:-

Lansdown is a most pleasent hill station in the state of  Uttarakhand. It was founded as a military garrison under the British rule. There is so many  places to visit like "Colonial -Era St. Mary's Church", "Bhulla Taal" & most famous place is "Tip-n-Top" viewpoint  it is a perched up on a ridge overlooking forested hills.Some steps passed there is a Hindu devotees worship Shiva at the centuries-old "Kaleshwar Temple". Well Lansdown is a most cold places for the residence of U.P and Uttarakhand .
